LCC - Life Cycle Cost

In a LCC (life cycle calculation) products total cost throughout its lifetime is calculated. In that way, products with different cost, different lifetime and different costs of energy, maintenance can be compared in a fair way.

The model we are using are designed for lighting systems by the Swedish Energy department.
In the file attached we compare the cost of lighting for a 20m2 room lit with LED, halogen and flourescent lighting. The fixtures are chosen to give the same amount of light suitable as general lighting (average 250 Lux). The different characteristics of the light sources makes the lighting maps a little different but the amount of light is equal.
