How can we buy products?

The first order confirmation you receive does not have a set delivery date. We will get back to you with an update by email as soon as we have confirmed a preliminary delivery date from our warehouse. That is, the date on the updated order confirmation is a preliminary indication of when we will ship the goods from our warehouse. Within Sweden, this normally means delivery within 1-2 business days. In connection with the delivery, a tracking email is usually sent by the shipping company. The tracking code is also typically printed on our invoice.

What are your opening hours?

We have open office hours on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM by phone, and usually the same hours at our offices. Please feel free to arrange an appointment with one of our sales representatives in advance before you visit, as we are often out and about.

What are your delivery terms?

As a business customer with us, we use the industry-standard delivery terms ALEM09.

I'm looking for a data sheet, where can I find it?

We kindly ask you to contact the manufacturer to find the most up-to-date version of the file. We often provide links under each product that direct you to the product on the manufacturer's website – see under "Manufacturer's Links" on the product card for the current product.
